The Adcraft PW36 Heater/Proofer Mobile Insulated Cabinet is designed for commercial foodservice operations that need convenient mobile holding and proofing for full-size sheet pans. This full-size heater/proofer accommodates up to 36 full-size sheet pans with 1 1/2 inches of clearance between slides, providing substantial capacity for bakeries, restaurants, catering operations, and professional kitchens. Constructed with anodized 6063 aluminum extrusion and a 0.08-inch-thick aluminum base with formed channels, the cabinet is built for demanding foodservice environments. Its durable 0.08-inch clear Lexan door provides visibility of cabinet contents, while the field-reversible door design allows the hinge configuration to be changed with a left-hand hinge set.
The Adcraft PW36 features an air baffle design and forced-air circulation to support consistent heating and proofing throughout the cabinet. An easy-to-read LED thermometer provides convenient temperature monitoring, while the removable control drawer simplifies cleaning and maintenance. Four 5-inch casters, including two with brakes, provide mobility for moving the cabinet between service areas, and a rear cord hook helps secure the power cord during transport. The unit operates on 120V, 60Hz, single-phase power, with a 1500-watt output, 15-amp draw, and NEMA 5-15P plug.
