The Blodgett DFG-200 DBL Dual Flow Gas Convection Oven is engineered for commercial kitchens that demand high production capacity, consistent baking results, and dependable durability during peak service. Designed with a double-deck configuration, this full-size bakery depth gas convection oven allows operators to cook larger volumes without increasing valuable floor space.
Each oven compartment uses a Dual Flow Gas system that combines direct and indirect heat for balanced, consistent cooking performance. Paired with a two-speed fan and dual inlet blower wheel, heat is distributed evenly throughout the baking chamber, helping reduce hot spots and minimizing the need for pan rotation. This improves consistency across multiple racks and helps kitchen staff maintain food quality during busy production periods.
The extra-depth baking compartment accommodates (5) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans per oven, allowing operators to bake large batches efficiently. The Artisan touchscreen control system provides flexible cooking options including manual cooking, recipe programming, cook-and-hold, probe cooking, fan delay, and fan pulse, giving staff greater control and repeatability across shifts.
Durable construction features stainless steel front, top, and sides, a heavy-duty angle-iron frame, and dual-pane thermal glass doors for improved heat retention and product visibility. An oleophobic liner and removable chrome-plated racks simplify cleaning and maintenance, helping reduce downtime between service periods.
