The Cadco CBC-DC-L1 Mobile Demo/ Sampling Cart Large is a professional-grade mobile foodservice and demonstration station designed for commercial sampling, merchandising, and controlled hot holding applications. Constructed with durable stainless steel, this unit is built for long-term performance in demanding environments. It features integrated handles on both sides for improved control and handling during transport. Silent casters, including two with locking brakes and two with directional locks, ensure smooth mobility and stable positioning during service or demonstrations. The cart is available with laminate or stainless steel panels on all sides, providing flexibility in finish options for different operational needs.
This mobile demo cart is equipped with two storage shelves, two dedicated plating drawers, and one additional storage drawer for optional demo supplies, ensuring organized workflow during service. It includes one hot full-size buffet server featuring two half-size 2½” deep stainless steel steam pans, a stainless pan holder, and an Eastman Tritan copolyester clear rolltop lid with corrosion-resistant metal hinges. The warming system operates at 120V / 300W / 2.5 amps and includes four variable heat control knobs (155°F–205°F) for precise temperature adjustment. Additional features include a 72-inch coiled cord for extended reach, a removable warming surface top for easy service access, and rubber bumpers on all corners for added protection. Finished in Flame Soapstone Red Laminate, this UL Safety & Sanitary certified cart delivers reliable performance for professional foodservice operations.
