The Cadco CBC-DC-L5 Mobile Demo/ Sampling Cart Large is a professional-grade mobile food demonstration and sampling solution designed for controlled hot holding, organized service, and efficient presentation. Built with durable stainless steel construction and integrated cart handles on both sides, this unit features a “Versailles Cherry” Woodgrain Laminate finish with optional laminate or stainless steel panels on all sides for a refined commercial appearance. It includes one hot full-size buffet server equipped with two half-size 2½-inch deep stainless steel steam pans, a stainless pan holder, and an Eastman Tritan copolyester clear roll-top lid with corrosion-resistant metal hinges for secure and visible food display. A 120V / 300W / 2.5 amp heating system supports consistent warming performance for sampling and demo environments.
Designed for operational efficiency, this mobile demo cart includes two storage shelves, two plating drawers, and one additional storage drawer for optional demo supplies, ensuring organized workflow during service. Four variable heat control knobs allow precise temperature adjustment ranging from 155°F to 205°F for flexible hot holding. A 72-inch long coiled cord provides extended reach for convenient placement in various service environments. Silent casters, two with locking brakes and two with directional locks, offer smooth mobility and stable positioning. Rubber bumpers on the top and bottom corners help protect the cart during transport. The removable warming surface top allows for easy servicing and cleaning, while UL Safety & Sanitary and C-UL compliance support dependable commercial use.
