The Cadco CBC-DC-L6 Mobile Demo/ Sampling Cart Large is designed for professional food demonstrations, sampling stations, and mobile hot service applications in commercial foodservice environments. Built with durable stainless steel construction and integrated cart handles on both sides, this unit delivers reliable performance and mobility for front-of-house engagement. It features 1 hot full-size buffet server equipped with 2 half-size 2 ½” deep stainless steel steam pans, a stainless steel pan holder, and a clear Eastman Tritan™ copolyester rolltop lid with corrosion-resistant metal hinges for durability and product visibility. Four variable heat control knobs provide precise temperature adjustment from 155°F to 205°F for consistent hot holding during service.
Engineered for efficiency and organization, the CBC-DC-L6 includes silent casters with 2 locking brakes and 2 directional locks for smooth mobility and stable positioning. The cart is designed without doors for open-access workflow and includes 2 storage shelves along with 2 plating drawers and 1 storage drawer for demo supplies and service essentials. A removable warming surface top allows flexible service configurations, while rubber bumpers on the top and bottom corners provide added protection during transport. The unit supports laminate or stainless steel panel options on all sides for customizable presentation. Powered by 120V, 300W, and 2.5 amps, it includes a 72" coiled cord for flexible placement.
