This large mobile demo cart features one hot full-size buffet server equipped with two half-size, 2 ½” deep stainless steel steam pans, a stainless pan holder, and a clear Eastman Tritan copolyester rolltop lid with corrosion-resistant metal hinges for durability and smooth operation. Four variable heat control knobs provide precise temperature control ranging from 155°F to 205°F, powered by a 120V, 300W, 2.5-amp system with a 72-inch coiled cord for flexible positioning. Storage is optimized with two utility shelves, two plating drawers, and one additional storage drawer for demo supplies, ensuring organized workflow during service. Silent casters with two locking brakes and two directional locks provide controlled mobility, while rubber corner bumpers enhance protection during transport. The removable warming surface top allows for easy servicing, and the unit is UL Safety & Sanitary and C-UL certified for commercial applications.
