The Cadco CBC-DC-LST Mobile Demo/ Sampling Cart Large is engineered for professional food demonstration, sampling events, and mobile hot service applications in commercial foodservice environments. Built with durable stainless steel construction and integrated cart handles on both sides, this large demo cart delivers reliable performance and mobility for front-of-house engagement. The unit includes 1 hot full-size buffet server equipped with 2 half-size 2 ½” deep stainless steel steam pans, a stainless steel pan holder, and a clear Eastman Tritan™ copolyester rolltop lid with corrosion-resistant metal hinges for optimal food visibility and heat retention. Four variable heat control knobs allow precise temperature adjustment from 155°F to 205°F, ensuring consistent hot holding during service.
Designed for functionality and presentation, the CBC-DC-LST features silent casters with 2 locking brakes and 2 directional locks for smooth transport and stable positioning. The cart includes 2 storage shelves for equipment or supplies, along with 2 plating drawers and 1 additional storage drawer to support organized demo and sampling workflows. A removable warming surface top provides added service flexibility, while rubber bumpers on the top and bottom corners help protect the unit during movement. The cart offers laminate or stainless steel panel options on all sides, allowing versatile presentation finishes.
