The Cadco CBC-GG-2-L1 MobileServ® Deluxe Grab & Go Merchandising Cart 2 Sided Grab & Go Shelf On Top is a commercial mobile hot food merchandising solution designed for secure storage, controlled heating, and efficient dual-sided service. Built with durable stainless steel construction and finished in “Chestnut” Laminate, this 2 HOT bay cart is engineered for hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, convenience stores, coffee shops, concessions, and catering environments. It includes two Tritan roll-top lids, four half-size 2½-inch deep steam pans, and two removable full-size pan holders to support flexible hot food display and service. Stainless steel merchandising shelves on top allow serving from both sides, while removable safety shields help maintain organized and protected service areas. A flip-up shelf provides additional workspace, and the removable warming surface top allows easier access for cleaning and servicing.
Operational efficiency is supported through two variable heat control knobs with an adjustable range of 155°F to 205°F, allowing precise hot holding performance. The cart includes an internal adjustable shelf for organized storage, along with locking doors on one side featuring two half-size outswing doors for controlled access during operation. A 120-volt, 600-watt, 5-amp system with a 72-inch coiled cord and NEMA 5-15 plug connection ensures reliable electrical performance. Silent casters, two with locking brakes and two with directional locks, provide smooth mobility and stable positioning. Rubber bumpers on the cart corners add impact protection during transport.
