This deluxe merchandising cart features two hot bays with two Tritan roll-top lids and four half-size, 2 ½” deep steam pans supported by two removable full-size pan holders for flexible food configuration. A top-mounted stainless steel merchandising shelf enables dual-sided service, enhanced by a flip-up shelf and removable safety shields for controlled customer access. Inside, an adjustable shelf and locking side door with half-size outswing doors improve organization and workflow efficiency. Dual variable heat control knobs maintain precise temperatures from 155°F to 205°F, powered by a 120V, 600W UL Safety & Sanitary rated system with a 72-inch coiled cord and NEMA 5-15 plug compatibility. Silent casters with two locking brakes and two directional locks ensure smooth mobility, while rubber corner bumpers and a removable warming surface enhance durability and service safety.
