The Cadco CBC-GG-2-L6 MobileServ® Deluxe Grab & Go Merchandising Cart is a compact, high-performance hot holding and merchandising solution designed for efficient foodservice operations in hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, universities, and convenience-based retail environments. Engineered for operational flexibility, this MobileServ® cart includes four half-size, 2-1/2” deep steam pans and two removable full-size pan holders, allowing adaptable food configuration based on service requirements. It operates on a 120V, 600W, 5-amp system with two variable heat control knobs (155°–205°F), supported by a 72-inch coiled cord and NEMA 5-15 plug compatibility via electrical junction box. A stainless steel merchandising shelf on top enables dual-sided serving and is fully removable for cleaning or reconfiguration. Additional features include a flip-up shelf, one adjustable internal shelf, and a locking door system with half-size outswing access for secure storage. Silent casters with two locking brakes and two directional locks ensure smooth mobility and stable positioning, while rubber corner bumpers provide added protection.
