This deluxe grab-and-go cart features two hot bays with two Tritan roll-top lids and four half-size, 2 ½” deep steam pans supported by two removable full-size pan holders for flexible food configuration. A top-mounted stainless steel merchandising shelf allows dual-sided service, complemented by a flip-up shelf and removable safety shields for secure customer access. Inside, an adjustable shelf and locking side door with half-size outswing access enhance storage and operational flow. Dual variable heat control knobs maintain precise temperatures from 155°F to 205°F, powered by a 120V, 600W UL Safety & Sanitary rated system. Silent casters with locking brakes and directional locks ensure smooth mobility, while rubber corner bumpers and a removable warming surface provide added protection and service convenience.
