The Cadco CBC-GG-4-L1 MobileServ® Deluxe Grab & Go Merchandising Cart is engineered for high-efficiency hot food merchandising and grab-and-go service in demanding commercial foodservice environments. Featuring 4 HOT bays with 4 Tritan roll-top lids, this cart is designed to maintain optimal food temperatures while maximizing product visibility and access. It includes 8 half-size 2 ½” deep steam pans and 4 removable full-size pan holders, allowing flexible merchandising configurations for high-volume service. Dual variable heat control knobs provide precise temperature adjustment from 155°F to 205°F, ensuring consistent hot holding performance across all stations in busy operational settings.
Built with durable stainless steel construction and finished with Chestnut laminate panels, the CBC-GG-4-L1 delivers both strength and a warm, professional presentation. Silent casters with 2 locking brakes and 2 directional locks ensure smooth mobility and secure positioning during service. The cart includes two adjustable interior shelves for organized storage, sliding locking doors with two half-size outswing doors for secure access, and stainless steel merchandising shelves on top for efficient two-sided serving. Additional features include a flip-up shelf, removable safety shields on both sides, and a removable warming surface top for flexible operation. Powered by 120V, 1650W, and 13.75 amps, the unit includes a 72" coiled cord and electrical junction box for NEMA 5-15 plug compatibility.
