The Cadco CBC-GG-4-L5 MobileServ® Deluxe Grab & Go Merchandising Cart is engineered for high-capacity hot food merchandising and efficient grab-and-go service in demanding commercial foodservice environments. Featuring 4 HOT bays with 4 Tritan roll-top lids, this mobile merchandising cart is designed to maintain food temperature while maximizing product visibility and access. The unit includes 8 half-size 2 ½” deep steam pans and 4 removable full-size pan holders, offering flexible hot food presentation across multiple menu items. Dual variable heat control knobs allow precise temperature management between 155°F and 205°F, supporting consistent hot holding performance for institutional, hospitality, and cafeteria operations.
Constructed from durable stainless steel with optional laminate finish panels, the CBC-GG-4-L5 delivers strength and functionality in a mobile serving platform. Two adjustable interior shelves provide organized storage space, while sliding locking doors with two half-size outswing doors enhance secure access. Stainless steel merchandising shelves on top support two-sided serving and are fully removable for flexibility. Additional service features include a flip-up shelf, removable safety shields on both sides, and a removable warming surface top for streamlined operation. Silent casters with locking brakes and directional locks ensure controlled mobility, while rubber corner bumpers protect the unit during transport.
