This standard grab-and-go cart features four hot bays with four Tritan roll-top lids and eight half-size, 2 ½” deep stainless steel steam pans supported by four removable full-size pan holders for flexible food configuration. Dual variable heat control knobs provide precise temperature adjustment from 155°F to 205°F, supported by a 72-inch coiled cord for flexible positioning. Stainless steel merchandising shelves on top enable efficient dual-sided service and are fully removable, complemented by a flip-up shelf for additional service versatility. Silent casters with two locking brakes and two directional locks ensure smooth, controlled mobility, while rubber corner bumpers enhance durability during transport. The removable warming surface top supports easy cleaning and maintenance.
