The Cadco CBC-HH-L1-4 MobileServ® Junior Mobile Hot Buffet Cart (2) Hot Full Size Buffet Servers is a durable, commercial-grade mobile foodservice unit designed for controlled hot holding and organized buffet-style service. Constructed with stainless steel and integrated handles, and finished in “Flame Soapstone” Red Laminate with optional stainless steel panels on the front and sides, this cart is built for professional kitchen and catering environments. It features two full-size HOT buffet servers, each equipped with two half-size stainless steel steam pans, a clear Eastman Tritan copolyester roll-top lid with metal hinges, and a stainless pan holder for secure and structured food presentation. Each 2½” deep half-size pan supports high-volume service, holding over 30 four-ounce servings per pan for efficient output during continuous operation.
Designed for workflow efficiency, this mobile hot buffet cart includes four integrated storage drawers for plating, silverware, divided condiments, and cold storage, along with three tray and plate storage shelves to support service organization. Additional holding capacity is provided by two 9.4-quart clear polycarbonate pans, each paired with a Cambro #20PPD drain shelf for controlled drainage and storage. Two variable heat control knobs (155°F–205°F) allow precise temperature management, powered by a 120V / 600W / 5-amp system with a 72-inch coiled cord for flexible placement. Silent casters, two with locking brakes and two with directional locks, ensure smooth mobility and stable positioning, while rubber bumpers protect cart corners. A removable warming surface top allows for simplified servicing and cleaning in demanding foodservice operations.
