Engineered for operational efficiency, this MobileServ® Junior cart includes four integrated drawers for plating, silverware storage, condiments, and cold storage, supporting streamlined service organization in high-volume environments. It also features three tray and plate storage shelves for improved workflow, along with (2) 9.4 qt clear polycarbonate pans equipped with Cambro #20PPD drain shelves for effective food handling. Two variable heat control knobs (155°–205°F) provide precise temperature management, powered by a 120V, 600W, 5-amp system with a 72-inch coiled cord for flexible positioning. Silent casters with two locking brakes and two directional locks ensure smooth mobility and stable placement, while rubber bumpers protect the cart during transport.
