The Cadco CBC-HH-L3-4 MobileServ® Junior Mobile Hot Buffet Cart is designed for efficient mobile buffet service, organized food holding, and professional front-of-house presentation in commercial foodservice environments. Featuring 2 full-size HOT buffet servers, each station includes 2 half-size stainless steel steam pans, a clear Eastman Tritan™ copolyester rolltop lid with metal hinges, and a stainless steel pan holder for durable and hygienic food merchandising. Each 2 ½” deep half-size pan holds over thirty 4 oz. servings, making this unit ideal for catering, hospitality service, institutional dining, and self-serve buffet applications. Dual variable heat control knobs allow precise temperature adjustment from 155°F to 205°F for consistent hot food performance during service.
Constructed with stainless steel and finished with “Mission Smoke” Gray laminate panels on the front and sides, the CBC-HH-L3-4 combines durability with a professional appearance suitable for high-traffic foodservice operations. Silent casters with 2 locking brakes and 2 directional locks provide smooth mobility and stable positioning during transport and service. The cart includes four storage drawers for plating supplies, silverware, condiments, and cold storage organization, along with three tray and plate storage shelves for improved workflow efficiency.
