The Cadco CBC-HH-L3 MobileServ® Junior Mobile Hot Buffet Cart is a compact, commercial-grade solution designed for efficient hot holding, transport, and buffet-style service. Built with durable stainless steel construction and integrated handles, this unit delivers reliable performance in demanding foodservice environments. Silent casters, including two with locking brakes and two with directional locks, provide smooth mobility and secure positioning during operation. The cart is available with laminate finish or stainless steel panels on the front and sides, offering flexibility in durability and presentation for professional applications.
This junior mobile buffet cart features two full-size hot buffet servers, each equipped with two half-size 2½” deep stainless steel steam pans, a clear Eastman Tritan copolyester rolltop lid with metal hinges, and a stainless pan holder for organized service. Each pan holds over 30 four-ounce servings, supporting efficient service output. The unit includes four drawers for plating, silverware, condiments, and cold storage, along with three tray and plate storage shelves for added organization. Additional components include two 9.4 qt clear polycarbonate pans with Cambro #20PPD drain shelves. Two variable heat control knobs (155°F–205°F), a 120V / 600W / 5 amp system, and a 72-inch coiled cord support consistent operation. Rubber corner bumpers and a removable warming surface top enhance durability and service flexibility. Finished in Mission Smoke Gray Laminate, this cart is designed for organized, mobile buffet service.
