This junior mobile hot buffet cart features two full-size hot buffet servers, each equipped with two half-size stainless steel steam pans and a clear Eastman Tritan copolyester rolltop lid with metal hinges and stainless pan holders for durability and smooth access. Each 2 ½” deep half-size pan supports over 30 four-ounce servings, making it ideal for controlled high-volume service. Four integrated drawers provide organized storage for plating, silverware, condiments, and cold items, while three tray and plate storage shelves enhance workflow efficiency. Performance is driven by two independent variable heat control knobs ranging from 155°F to 205°F, powered by a 120V, 600W, 5-amp system with a 72-inch coiled cord. Silent casters with locking brakes and directional locks ensure smooth mobility, while rubber corner bumpers and a removable warming surface top add protection and service flexibility.
