The Cadco CBC-HH-L5-4 MobileServ® Junior Mobile Hot Buffet Cart is designed to support efficient hot food service in hotels, healthcare facilities, catering operations, schools, grocery stores, and buffet environments. Built with durable stainless steel construction and finished with attractive "Versailles Cherry" woodgrain laminate panels, this commercial hot buffet cart combines professional presentation with dependable performance. The unit features two full-size hot buffet servers, each equipped with two half-size stainless steel steam pans, a clear Eastman Tritan rolltop lid with metal hinges, and a stainless steel pan holder for organized and accessible food service. Each 2 ½” deep half-size pan holds over 30 four-ounce servings, making this cart ideal for high-volume warming and holding applications.
Engineered for mobility and streamlined service, the Cadco MobileServ® buffet cart includes four functional drawers for plating supplies, silverware storage, condiment organization, and cold storage. Two 9.4 qt. clear polycarbonate pans with Cambro #20PPD drain shelves help maintain organized cold item storage, while three tray and plate storage shelves add convenience during meal service. Variable heat controls ranging from 155°F to 205°F allow operators to maintain consistent serving temperatures. Silent casters with locking brakes and directional locks provide smooth maneuverability, while rubber bumpers protect surrounding surfaces during transport. The removable warming surface top and 72" coiled power cord further enhance versatility for mobile buffet and direct dining service applications.
