The Cadco CBC-HH-L5 MobileServ® Junior Mobile Hot Buffet Cart (2) Hot Full Size Buffet Servers is a commercial-grade foodservice cart engineered for mobile hot holding, organized buffet service, and efficient meal presentation. Constructed with durable stainless steel and integrated handles, this unit features a “Versailles Cherry” Woodgrain Laminate finish with laminate or stainless steel side and front panels for a professional appearance in hospitality and institutional environments. Designed for hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, catering operations, grocery stores, concessions, and buffet service applications, the cart includes two full-size HOT buffet servers. Each server is equipped with two half-size stainless steel steam pans, a clear Eastman Tritan copolyester roll-top lid with metal hinges, and a stainless steel pan holder for secure food access and presentation. The 2½” deep pans hold over 30 four-ounce servings each, supporting high-volume service operations.
Built for operational efficiency and organized transport, the cart includes four dedicated drawers for plating, silverware, condiments, and cold storage, along with three tray and plate storage shelves. Two 9.4-quart clear polycarbonate pans with Cambro #20PPD drain shelves provide additional cold holding support. Dual variable heat control knobs allow adjustable warming temperatures from 155°F to 205°F, powered by a 120V / 600W / 5-amp system with a 72-inch coiled cord for flexible placement. Silent casters with locking brakes and directional locks ensure controlled mobility, while rubber bumpers help protect the cart during transport. The removable warming surface top allows simplified service and cleaning in demanding commercial foodservice settings.
