The Cadco CBC-HH-L6-4 MobileServ® Junior Mobile Hot Buffet Cart is designed for mobile buffet service, hot food holding, and organized front-of-house food presentation in commercial foodservice environments. Featuring 2 full-size HOT buffet servers, this mobile buffet cart includes 2 half-size stainless steel steam pans per server, clear Eastman Tritan™ copolyester rolltop lid with metal hinges, and stainless steel pan holders for reliable food visibility and heat retention. Each 2 ½” deep half-size pan holds over thirty 4 oz. servings, making the cart suitable for buffet lines, catered events, hospitality dining, and institutional foodservice operations. Dual variable heat control knobs with a temperature range of 155°F to 205°F provide adjustable warming performance for a variety of menu items.
Constructed with stainless steel and finished with black laminate panels, the CBC-HH-L6-4 combines durability, mobility, and organized storage in one compact serving solution. The cart includes four dedicated drawers for plating supplies, silverware storage, divided condiment storage, and cold storage organization. Three tray and plate storage shelves provide additional serving convenience, while two 9.4 qt clear polycarbonate pans with Cambro® #20PPD drain shelves support cold item storage and presentation. Silent casters with locking brakes and directional locks allow smooth maneuverability in busy service environments. Additional features include rubber corner bumpers, a removable warming surface top for service flexibility, integrated handles, and a 72" coiled power cord. The unit operates on 120 volts, 600 watts, and 5 amps.
