Featuring two full-size HOT buffet servers, each equipped with two half-size stainless steel steam pans and a clear Eastman Tritan™ copolyester roll-top lid with metal hinges and stainless pan holders, it ensures organized food presentation and dependable temperature retention for front-of-house service.
Engineered for operational efficiency, this MobileServ® Junior cart includes four integrated drawers for plating, silverware storage, condiments, and cold storage, supporting streamlined service organization. It also features three tray and plate storage shelves for added workflow convenience, along with (2) 9.4 qt clear polycarbonate pans fitted with Cambro #20PPD drain shelves for effective food handling. Two variable heat control knobs (155°–205°F) provide precise temperature regulation, powered by a 120V, 600W, 5-amp system with a 72-inch coiled cord for flexible placement. Silent casters with two locking brakes and two directional locks ensure smooth mobility and stable positioning, while rubber corner bumpers protect the cart during transport. A removable warming surface top allows for easy service access, and laminate or stainless steel panel options on the front and sides provide adaptable finishing for different service environments.
