The Cadco CBC-HHH-L1 MobileServ® Mobile Hot Buffet Cart is a professional-grade foodservice solution designed for efficient hot holding, transport, and buffet-style service operations. Constructed with durable stainless steel and integrated handles, this mobile cart delivers dependable performance in demanding commercial environments. Silent casters, including two with locking brakes and two with directional locks, provide smooth mobility and secure positioning during service. The cart is available with laminate finish or stainless steel panels on the front and sides, offering flexibility in durability and presentation for a wide range of foodservice applications.
This mobile buffet cart features three full-size hot buffet servers, each equipped with two half-size 2½” deep stainless steel steam pans, a clear Eastman Tritan copolyester rolltop lid with metal hinges, and a stainless pan holder for organized service. Each pan supports high-capacity output with over 30 four-ounce servings, making it suitable for continuous service operations. The unit includes six drawers for plating, silverware, condiments, and cold storage, along with two shelves including tray storage. Additional components include two clear polycarbonate pans with Cambro #20PPD drain shelves and a pull-out top plate drawer designed to assist with plating efficiency. Three variable heat control knobs (155°F–205°F), a 120V / 900W / 7.5 amp system, and a 72-inch coiled cord ensure reliable operation. Rubber corner bumpers and a removable warming surface top enhance durability and service flexibility. The unit also accommodates optional Cambro Camcarrier Hot/Cold Box models UPC 400 or UPCH 400. Finished in Chestnut Laminate, this cart is built for organized, high-volume mobile buffet service.
