The Cadco CBC-HHH-L4-4 MobileServ® Mobile Hot Buffet Cart is built for high-capacity hot food holding and buffet service in hotels, healthcare facilities, catering operations, schools, grocery stores, and commercial dining environments. Constructed with durable stainless steel and finished with attractive "Navy" laminate panels, this commercial buffet serving cart combines mobility, organization, and professional presentation. The unit features three full-size HOT buffet servers, each equipped with two half-size stainless steel steam pans, a clear Eastman Tritan rolltop lid with metal hinges, and a stainless steel pan holder for convenient food access and display. Each 2 ½” deep half-size pan holds over 30 four-ounce servings, making the cart ideal for high-volume meal service and warming applications.
Designed to support efficient workflow and mobile food service, the Cadco MobileServ® buffet cart includes six integrated drawers dedicated to plating supplies, silverware organization, condiment storage, and cold storage needs. Two clear polycarbonate pans with Cambro #20PPD drain shelves help organize chilled ingredients and accompaniments, while two additional shelves provide storage space, including one designated tray storage shelf. Three variable heat control knobs allow precise temperature management from 155°F to 205°F for consistent holding performance. Silent casters with locking brakes and directional locks provide smooth maneuverability, while rubber bumpers help protect surrounding surfaces during transport. The removable warming surface top adds flexibility during service, and the cart also includes space for an optional Cambro Camcarrier UPC 400 or UPCH 400 hot/cold box for expanded meal transport capability.
