The Cadco CBC-HHH-L5-4 MobileServ® Mobile Hot Buffet Cart is engineered for high-capacity hot food holding, mobile buffet service, and efficient front-of-house food presentation in commercial foodservice environments. Featuring 3 full-size HOT buffet servers, this unit is designed to maintain consistent serving temperatures while supporting smooth, organized self-service or attended buffet operations. Each station includes 2 half-size stainless steel steam pans, a clear Eastman Tritan copolyester rolltop lid with metal hinges, and a stainless steel pan holder for durable, hygienic food merchandising. Each 2 ½” deep half-size pan holds over thirty 4 oz. servings, making this cart ideal for catering, hospitality service, institutional dining, and high-volume foodservice operations.
Constructed with stainless steel and finished in Cherry woodgrain laminate panels on the front and sides, the CBC-HHH-L5-4 delivers both durability and a warm, professional presentation. Three variable heat control knobs provide precise temperature adjustment from 155°F to 205°F for reliable hot holding performance. Silent casters with 2 locking brakes and 2 directional locks ensure smooth mobility and stable positioning during service. The cart includes six storage drawers for plating supplies, silverware, condiments, and cold storage organization, along with two shelves including tray storage space for improved workflow efficiency. Additional features include two clear polycarbonate pans with Cambro #20PPD drain shelves, a removable warming surface top, rubber corner bumpers, a 72" coiled power cord, and space for an optional Cambro Camcarrier Hot/Cold Box (UPC 400 or UPCH 400 equivalent).
