The Cadco CBC-HHH-L5 MobileServ® Mobile Hot Buffet Cart is designed for efficient mobile hot food service, buffet operations, and organized front-of-house food presentation in commercial environments. Featuring 3 full-size HOT buffet servers, each station includes 2 half-size stainless steel steam pans, a clear Eastman Tritan™ copolyester rolltop lid with metal hinges, and a stainless steel pan holder for durable, high-visibility food merchandising. Each 2 ½” deep half-size pan holds over thirty 4 oz. servings, making this cart suitable for catering, hospitality service, institutional dining, and self-serve buffet applications. Three independent variable heat control knobs provide precise temperature adjustment from 155°F to 205°F for consistent hot holding performance across all serving stations.
Constructed with stainless steel and finished with Cherry woodgrain laminate panels on the front and sides, the CBC-HHH-L5 delivers durability and a professional presentation in demanding foodservice environments. Silent casters with 2 locking brakes and 2 directional locks ensure smooth mobility and controlled positioning during service. The cart includes six storage drawers for plating supplies, silverware, condiments, and cold storage organization, along with two shelves including tray storage for improved workflow efficiency. Additional components include two clear polycarbonate pans with Cambro® #20PPD drain shelves, a removable warming surface top, rubber corner bumpers, and a 72" coiled power cord operating at 120V, 900W, and 7.5 amps. The design also includes space for an optional Cambro Camcarrier Hot/Cold Box (UPC 400 or UPCH 400 equivalent), supporting expanded service flexibility.
