The Cadco CBC-HHH-LST-4 MobileServ® Mobile Hot Buffet Cart is a professional-grade foodservice solution designed for efficient hot holding, buffet service, and mobile meal distribution in demanding commercial environments. Constructed with durable stainless steel and ergonomic handles, this mobile cart delivers long-lasting performance and dependable mobility for hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, universities, grocery stores, wholesale clubs, and catering operations. Featuring three full-size HOT buffet servers, each equipped with two half-size stainless steel steam pans and a clear Eastman Tritan™ copolyester roll-top lid with metal hinges and stainless pan holders, it provides organized food presentation and reliable temperature maintenance for high-volume service applications.
Engineered for operational efficiency, this MobileServ® cart includes six integrated drawers for plating, silverware storage, condiments, and cold storage, supporting streamlined workflow organization in busy foodservice environments. It also features two shelves, including dedicated tray storage, along with (2) clear polycarbonate pans fitted with Cambro #20PPD drain shelves for improved food handling. Three variable heat control knobs (155°–205°F) provide precise temperature regulation across serving zones, powered by a 120V, 900W, 7.5-amp electrical system with a 72-inch coiled cord for flexible positioning. Silent casters with two locking brakes and two directional locks ensure smooth mobility and secure placement, while rubber bumpers on all corners provide added protection during transport. A removable warming surface top allows for flexible service access, and compatibility with optional Cambro Camcarrier hot/cold box systems supports extended transport and catering operations. Laminate or stainless steel panel options on the front and sides allow for adaptable presentation across multiple service environments.
