This mobile hot buffet cart features three full-size hot buffet servers, each configured with two half-size stainless steel steam pans and a clear Eastman Tritan copolyester rolltop lid with metal hinges and stainless pan holders for durability and smooth operation. Each 2 ½” deep half-size pan holds over 30 four-ounce servings, making it ideal for high-volume service. Six storage drawers provide organized space for plating, silverware, condiments, and cold storage, while two shelves—including one dedicated for trays—support efficient workflow. Performance is powered by three independent variable heat control knobs ranging from 155°F to 205°F, supported by a 120V, 900W, 7.5-amp system with a 72-inch coiled cord. Silent casters with two locking brakes and two directional locks ensure controlled mobility, while rubber corner bumpers and a removable warming surface enhance safety and durability. Compatibility with optional Camcarrier units adds further operational flexibility.
