The Cadco CBC-HHHH-L1 MobileServ® Mobile Hot Buffet Cart is a high-capacity, professional foodservice solution designed for efficient hot holding, buffet service, and mobile meal distribution in demanding commercial environments. Constructed with durable stainless steel and finished in a chestnut laminate exterior, this mobile cart delivers reliable performance and a refined presentation for hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, universities, grocery stores, wholesale clubs, and catering operations. Featuring four full-size HOT buffet servers, each equipped with two half-size stainless steel steam pans and a clear Eastman Tritan™ copolyester roll-top lid with metal hinges and stainless pan holders, it ensures organized food display and consistent temperature retention for high-volume service.
Engineered for maximum operational efficiency, this MobileServ® cart includes six integrated drawers for plating, silverware storage, condiments, and cold storage, supporting streamlined workflow organization in busy service environments. It also features two shelves, including one dedicated for tray storage, along with (2) 9.4 qt clear polycarbonate pans fitted with Cambro #20PPD drain shelves for improved food handling and drainage. Four variable heat control knobs (155°–205°F) provide precise temperature regulation across multiple serving zones, powered by a 120V, 1200W, 10-amp system with a 72-inch coiled cord. Silent casters with two locking brakes and two directional locks ensure smooth mobility and secure positioning, while rubber corner bumpers protect the unit during transport. A removable warming surface top allows for flexible service access, and integrated space for optional Cambro Camcarrier hot/cold box systems enhances transport capability for catering and institutional meal delivery applications.
