The Cadco CBC-HHHH-L4 MobileServ® Mobile Hot Buffet Cart is a high-capacity commercial hot holding and serving solution designed for efficient foodservice operations. This mobile hot buffet cart features four full-size hot buffet servers, each equipped with two half-size stainless steel steam pans and a clear Eastman Tritan copolyester rolltop lid with metal hinges and stainless pan holders for durability and smooth access. Each 2 ½” deep half-size pan holds over 30 four-ounce servings, making it ideal for high-volume service. Six integrated drawers provide organized storage for plating, silverware, condiments, and cold items, while two shelves—including one dedicated tray storage shelf—enhance operational workflow. Performance is powered by four independent variable heat control knobs ranging from 155°F to 205°F, supported by a 120V, 1200W, 10-amp system with a 72-inch coiled cord. Silent casters with locking brakes and directional locks ensure controlled mobility, while rubber corner bumpers, a removable warming surface, and compatibility with optional Camcarrier hot/cold boxes provide added flexibility and protection.
