The Cadco CBC-HHHH-L5-4 MobileServ® Mobile Hot/Cold Buffet Cart is a high-capacity commercial foodservice station designed for flexible holding, transport, and buffet-style serving. Built with durable stainless steel construction and integrated handles, this mobile cart is engineered for demanding environments that require reliable performance and versatile food presentation. Silent casters, including two with locking brakes and two with directional locks, provide smooth mobility and stable positioning during service. This mobile buffet cart features four full-size buffet servers, each equipped with two half-size stainless steel steam pans, a clear Eastman Tritan rolltop lid with metal hinges, and a stainless pan holder for organized service. Designed for both hot and cold holding applications depending on configuration, it includes four variable heat control knobs (155°F–205°F) for controlled warming when required. The unit also provides six storage drawers for plating, silverware, condiments, and cold storage, plus two shelves including tray storage. Additional components include two 9.4 qt polycarbonate pans with Cambro #20PPD drain shelves, a 72-inch coiled cord, rubber corner bumpers, and a removable warming surface top. Finished in Cherry Woodgrain Laminate, this cart is built for efficient, high-volume mobile service operations.
