The Cadco CBC-HHHH-L7-4 MobileServ® Mobile Hot Buffet Cart is a professional-grade foodservice solution designed for efficient hot holding, buffet service, and mobile meal distribution in high-demand environments. Built with durable stainless steel construction and ergonomic cart handles, it delivers long-lasting performance and reliable mobility for hotels, catering operations, healthcare facilities, schools, and institutional foodservice. The cart features four full-size HOT buffet servers, each configured with two half-size stainless steel steam pans and a clear Eastman Tritan™ copolyester roll-top lid with metal hinges and stainless pan holders, ensuring durable performance and clear food visibility during service.
Engineered for operational flexibility and high-volume serving, this MobileServ® cart includes six integrated drawers for organized storage, including plating, silverware, condiments, and cold storage compartments. It also features two additional shelves, including tray storage space, along with (2) 9.4 qt clear polycarbonate pans equipped with Cambro #20PPD drain shelves for improved food handling efficiency. Four variable heat control knobs (155°–205°F) allow precise temperature management across all serving zones, while a 72-inch coiled cord supports extended operational reach. Designed with silent casters, two with locking brakes and two with directional locks, it ensures smooth transport and secure positioning. Rubber bumpers on all corners provide added protection, and a removable warming surface top allows for easy service access. With stainless steel or laminate panel options, UL compliance, and compatibility for optional Cambro hot/cold box integration, this cart is ideal for buffet supplies, catering, and direct dining operations.
