The Cadco CBC-HHHH-LST MobileServ® Mobile Hot Buffet Cart is engineered for high-volume foodservice operations requiring reliable hot holding, efficient transport, and professional buffet presentation. Featuring 4 full-size HOT buffet servers, each station includes 2 half-size stainless steel steam pans, a clear Eastman Tritan™ copolyester rolltop lid with metal hinges, and a stainless steel pan holder for durable, hygienic food merchandising. Each 2 ½” deep half-size pan holds over thirty 4 oz. servings, making this unit ideal for catering, institutional dining, hospitality service, and self-serve buffet applications. Four independent variable heat control knobs allow precise temperature adjustment from 155°F to 205°F for consistent hot food performance across all serving stations.
Constructed entirely with stainless steel and integrated handles, the CBC-HHHH-LST delivers durability and long-term commercial reliability in demanding environments. Silent casters with 2 locking brakes and 2 directional locks provide smooth mobility and secure positioning during service. The cart includes six storage drawers for plating supplies, silverware, condiments, and cold storage organization, along with two shelves including dedicated tray storage space for improved workflow efficiency. Additional components include two 9.4 qt clear polycarbonate pans with Cambro® #20PPD drain shelves, a removable warming surface top, rubber corner bumpers, and a 72" coiled power cord operating at 120V, 1200W, and 10 amps. The design also provides space for an optional Cambro Camcarrier Hot/Cold Box (UPC 400 or UPCH 400 equivalent), supporting expanded hot and cold service flexibility.
