Cleveland Range KDT20T Direct Steam Kettle
The Cleveland Range KDT20T is a direct steam, table top tilting mixer kettle designed for commercial foodservice applications requiring efficient heating and mixing performance. It features a 2/3 steam jacket construction and is built with Type 304 stainless steel for both the kettle and structural components. The unit is designed for connection to an external steam source and operates with a 50 PSI steam jacket rating to support consistent heat transfer in demanding kitchen environments.
The KDT20T includes a steam control valve integrated into the trunnion assembly for operational control and a balanced manual tilting mechanism for controlled discharge. It is equipped with a high-capacity pouring lip for handling thicker food products and stainless steel exterior construction for durability and ease of cleaning. The kettle is designed for table top installation (table not included) and includes interchangeable left or right-hand tilt capability along with mounting lugs for handle positioning. Optional accessories such as covers, strainers, measuring strips, and steam control components are available depending on installation requirements.
