Cleveland Range KDT6T Direct Steam Kettle
The Cleveland KDT6T is a direct steam, table top tilting mixer kettle designed for commercial foodservice operations. It features a 2/3 steam jacketed construction and is manufactured with Type 304 stainless steel kettle and supports. The unit is a direct steam kettle that connects to an external steam source and includes a 50 psi steam jacket rating. It is designed for tilting operation and is part of Cleveland’s table top direct steam kettle line.
The KDT6T includes a trunnion-mounted, self-lubricated steam control valve integrated into the kettle assembly. It features a high-capacity pouring lip designed for chunky products and a balanced manual tilting design. Mounting lugs are provided on both sides for tilt handle placement. The kettle is constructed with stainless steel surfaces and is designed for table top installation (table not included).
