The Cleveland Range KEL60T Electric Steam Jacketed Tilting Kettle is a high-capacity commercial kettle designed for efficient, consistent large-batch food preparation. It features an 80–100 gallon working capacity and a self-contained construction that requires only an electrical connection for installation. The kettle uses a permanently filled steam jacket system, eliminating the need for venting or refilling while delivering reliable, uniform heat transfer for demanding kitchen operations. A 2/3 steam jacketed design supports efficient heating performance across a wide cooking range of 145°F to 260°F, making it suitable for soups, sauces, and high-volume institutional cooking.
The unit is built with heavy-duty stainless steel construction and engineered for durability in continuous-use environments. It includes splash-proof, water-resistant controls housed in a sealed module with solid-state temperature control for precise operation within ±1°C accuracy. LED indicators provide clear monitoring of heat cycle and low water conditions. The kettle features a quad-leg support structure with level-adjustable feet for stable floor mounting, along with an integrated tilting mechanism that uses a worm gear and roller bearing system for controlled and safe product discharge. A rear-mounted pressure/vacuum gauge and safety valve enhance operational safety, while optional accessories such as a 2-inch tangent draw-off and spring-assisted cover provide additional flexibility depending on kitchen requirements.
