The Cook’s 630-CDC120 Heated Tray Delivery Cart is engineered for correctional foodservice operations where consistent holding temperatures, durability, and security are critical. Designed with a thermal column air circulation system, this heated tray cart promotes even heat distribution from top to bottom—helping staff deliver meals at safe, consistent temperatures without cold spots or overcooked trays.
Built specifically for corrections, the cart features all stainless steel construction with reinforced shelves (¾" x ¾" stainless steel tubing) to withstand heavy daily use. Integrated tray guides improve airflow and ensure proper spacing, supporting consistent heat recovery between deliveries.
The top-mounted convected air heating system reduces exposure to damage during inmate cleaning, while recessed, tamper-resistant controls and a Lexan-covered thermometer protect critical components. A lighted on/off switch allows quick status checks during trayline operations.
For security and longevity, the cart includes security fasteners throughout, three fully welded 12-gauge hinges per door, and a flush-mounted door with a 270° swing for unobstructed tray access. A welded handle and 8" casters provide smooth maneuverability through cellblocks and corridors, while a rear-mounted 12-gauge cord wrap keeps the power cord protected during transport.
