The FSE MRSL-1D-2 27.5 Inch Single-Door Refrigerated Commercial Salad/Sandwich Prep Table is designed for delis, salad bars, cafes, and foodservice operations that need convenient access to refrigerated ingredients during sandwich and salad preparation. This commercial sandwich prep table provides 6 cu. ft. of net refrigerated storage and features a single self-closing door for quick access to additional ingredients and supplies. Its 430 corrosion-resistant stainless steel exterior and 304 stainless steel interior provide durable construction for demanding kitchen environments. The refrigerated topping area accommodates a variety of food pans up to 6 inches deep and includes clear plastic food pans, while the insulated hinged lid helps keep ingredients cold when the unit is not in service.
The MRSL-1D-2 refrigerated prep table maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 41°F using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and rugged axial evaporator fans designed for low-velocity, high-volume airflow. A Carel temperature controller initiates an automatic defrost cycle, while an LED temperature display on the back provides temperature visibility. The unit includes one adjustable plastic-coated steel shelf with a 90 lb. load capacity, installed with K-clips, plus a full-length 10 1/4-inch deep polyethylene cutting board for food preparation. Four-inch casters, including two locking and two non-locking wheels, provide mobility. The unit operates at 115/60/1 with 4.4 amps and a 1/5 HP compressor.
