The Garland MCO-E-25-C Master Series half-size electric convection oven is designed for kitchens that need dependable baking performance while maximizing limited space. With a double-deck configuration, this convection oven allows operators to cook multiple menu items simultaneously without increasing the kitchen footprint—making it ideal for restaurants, cafés, schools, and institutional foodservice operations.
Each oven cavity is powered by 5.6 kW heating elements and a two-speed 1/3 HP convection fan motor, delivering consistent airflow that helps eliminate hot spots and ensures even cooking across every rack. This improved air circulation reduces the need for pan rotation and helps maintain consistent food quality, even during busy service periods.
The Master 200 solid-state control system offers a 150°F to 500°F temperature range, giving operators precise temperature control for baking, roasting, and reheating a variety of menu items. A double-pane thermal window allows staff to monitor cooking progress without opening the door and losing heat, improving efficiency and workflow in high-volume kitchens.
Durable construction includes stainless steel front, top, and sides along with a porcelain-enameled interior designed for easy cleaning and long-term durability. Five chrome-plated racks per deck with nine rack positions provide flexibility for different pan sizes and batch cooking needs.
