The Matfer Bourgeat Giant Exoglass® Spatula, 31-1/2" is a professional large-format spatula designed to ease the mixing of preparations, reductions, stews, and braised items in commercial stockpots and large cookware. The Exoglass® scraper head is designed to effectively scrape the sides and bottom of pots and bowls without scratching, reducing waste and ensuring thorough mixing.
The Exoglass® paddle handle is fitted with a stop to maximize return on effort, a reinforced attachment to prevent breakage, and is heat resistant up to 428 degrees F. An oblong stainless steel tube handle prevents rolling along bowl rims, and an intermediate handle prevents direct contact with heat or cold during use.
