With a 15° blade angle and NSF certification, this bread knife is suitable for commercial kitchens, bakeries, catering operations, culinary schools, and home kitchens requiring consistent slicing performance.
The ergonomic handle combines Santoprene® for comfort with polypropylene for durability, providing a secure and comfortable grip during extended use.
