The Robot Coupe MMP160VV is a compact, variable-speed power mixer purpose-built for processing small quantities with professional results. At just 5 lbs, it's lightweight enough for extended use without fatigue, while its 240W motor and wide speed range of 2,000–12,500 RPM give operators precise control for everything from delicate emulsions to smooth purées. Ideal for blending soups, puréeing fruits and vegetables, and crafting sauces — right in pots and pans up to 5 liters.
The stainless steel motor unit features air vents positioned at the top to maintain watertightness during immersion, and the ergonomic handle design reduces effort during blending. The signature Aeromix tool produces instant light, airy emulsions that hold their shape — a standout feature for sauce work and finishing applications.
