The Traulsen CLES-36HT-ME 36" 2-Drawer Refrigerated Equipment Stand, Marine Edge Top provides convenient refrigerated storage directly on the cookline while helping foodservice operators maximize available kitchen space. Designed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, this refrigerated equipment stand combines durable construction with dependable cold storage for demanding foodservice environments. Its self-contained, side-mounted refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R-290 refrigerant and operates from 32-38°F (0-3.3°C) to maintain consistent, food-safe temperatures. The front-breathing refrigeration system allows zero-clearance installation, providing flexibility when configuring a cookline. A water-resistant microprocessor control with LED display supports convenient temperature management, while the high-humidity evaporator coil is positioned outside the food zone. The 36" unit measures 34-1/8" deep and 26-5/16" high and features a stainless steel top with a front marine edge.
Built for organized ingredient storage, the Traulsen CLES-36HT-ME features two heavy-gauge stainless steel drawers with recessed handles, heavy-duty drawer slides, and magnetic snap-in gaskets. Each drawer accommodates one full-size and one half-size 6" deep pan, with pans supplied by others, keeping frequently used ingredients accessible during service. The drawers are easily removable for cleaning, and the cabinet and drawers feature approximately 2" thick high-density, non-CFC foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. Four 4" plate casters on an adjustable channel system provide mobility, while the included 9' cord, plug, and plug retainer simplify installation. The unit operates at 115V, 60Hz, single-phase power with 1/5 HP and 4.5 amps. A six-year parts and labor warranty plus an additional one-year compressor parts warranty is provided standard.
