The Vollrath VCBT4-208 is the 208V variable-speed model in Vollrath's 4-series vertical contact bun toaster line. Like the 2-series, it toasts both cut sides of a bun at once via a dual-sided heater platen (350°F-550°F adjustable), sealing the surface against sogginess. The feature that distinguishes this series is an added auxiliary bun warmer that lightly heats the exterior (crown/heel) of the bun in addition to the contact-toasted cut faces.
